SRV INTERNATIONAL PTY LTD (ABN 62 679 995 174, ACN 679 995 174), trading as Broking Agency (“BA”, “we”, “our”, “us”), provides marketing, advertising, and related consulting services (“Services”) to clients (“you”, “your”) subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
By engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms agreed in writing.
We provide marketing, advertising campaign management, content creation, SEO, and related consulting services tailored for finance and lending industry professionals.
All fees are quoted in Australian dollars and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are as specified in your agreement or invoice. Late payments may incur interest at the prevailing penalty rate.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals, and any content or materials necessary for us to perform the Services. You warrant that all materials you supply are free from third-party claims and do not infringe intellectual property rights.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property created by BA during the provision of Services remains our property until full payment is received, at which time ownership of final deliverables may transfer to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BA excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or claim arising from the use of our Services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. All outstanding fees for Services performed up to the termination date will become immediately due.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
